The place is nice with good foods, but lan some amenities. No trashcan near the desk, still have to go to CR for the trash can. CR glass doors wont lock, the door is too big i guess, wont fit. No curtain shower especially that the door wont lock. No place to put my personal bathroom supplies.. (soap holder, tissue holder)... but it is comfortable- working AC, nice view, but front desk officer is not always available…

I recently stayed at this property and, unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Before my arrival, I tried to amend the date of my booking. I waited a long time for assistance, but the issue was never resolved. Missing amenities, poorly designed, and basic. They lock the lobby doors at night, you can't retrieve stuff from car. No one is around to assist. Untrained staff. Doesn't honor 20% senior discount. Nickels and dimes what you can discount as prescribed by law, tries to avoid giving what's just. Very transactional and lacks good customer service. Avoid avoid avoid!

Awesome and luxurious place definitely a five star ✨ hotel. Very accommodating and the food is very delicious.

I spent two nights there in April 2024. They are the only hotel in town and are Chinese owned. The room was rather small but had a large TV, which is the best I can say about the place. Place is ok. Food is ok. Waiting time a little bit long to your order. So be patient. Price is kinda high with small serving. Just enough for gathering or meeting. Staff are friendly.
