Casa ElliXir Resort

It is noisy given that it is a resort. The pool is not that clear. But kudos to the staff since they are accomodating. The road on the way here are rocky so it is hard for a motorcycle to reach the destination. The comfort room was okay and passable in cleanliness. It is a bit crowded since we went there on Sunday.

Bad service specially in case of emergency, my sister get injured and they don't even have a complete first aid kit. The woman who help us seems she didn't know the basic steps on responding those kind of injuries. Thou She did her best but she need to learn what to do.

We've been here 3 times and only 2 rides from us 😂🤣 ... Super Enjoy you can go on a soundtrip and bring a speaker., it's clean because it's always taken by fallen leaves. Its's oakay people are assisting ...

I have been here last night, but i was not accomodated. The man that i talked to told me that they are no longer affilated with booking.com- the motel is in a rough road area and there are no receiving desks on the front but instead you will press the door bell and wait for someone to answer.

Electric fans needs to be paid for, it should have been for free. asked about any pain reliever they dont have any. Im assuming theres no first aid kit around. Bigger parking area.

too small pool for a very large number of cottages. you need to pay everything even the utensils. you will encounter rough and muddy road going to the area.

Facilites arent that bad and arent that good. Ambience is good. But not too good because of the videoke in every table. Makes too very noisy.

Employees (boys) are not accomodating, the route going to the venue is rough, rocky and muddy.
