It's a very beautiful place to stay. The staff are not gender-friendly; they are not welcoming. I feel very uncomfortable because the staff, especially the women receptionists, act differently; she doesn't even smile at me. I don't even want to complain because I don't want her embarrassed in front of us. I hope this review helps learn her mistake in how to respect customers.
