Went here last weekend to celebrate my birthday, and I had the best experience. All the staff were very accommodating, always smiling, and incredibly helpful as well. Kudos to all of them! The sunset was stunning, and our room was even upgraded to a villa at no additional charge. The only thing I would suggest improving is the foul or canal-like smell near the pool area, but overall, it was a great experience.
