Straightforward rooms in a low-key hotel featuring complimentary Wi-Fi & breakfast.
My family and I had an excellent experience with the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean (not at all cramped!) and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. They are one of the best tour organizers to Calaguas Island. Every money spent was value for money. I would recommend this to anybody who's planning to go to Calaguas Island.
Will not recommend this hotel. There was a leak in the bathroom that was not addressed during our 3 stay. Not enought staff. The staffs were overworked and abused. One to two staff per day. They were fully booked that time. They are all around front desk, housekeeping, kitchen server, etc. What does the management do about this?? I would not even give them a one star. Being VERY generous giving this a 2 out of 5... Bed was AWFUL, but clean. So hard and lumpy! It was just a thin wore out pad on a board. Pillows not terrible, but not good. PROS: Near restos, malls, bus and van terminals and SM supermarket. Has wifi which was quiet ok when I was there during off peak season. Room comes with breakfast. Kind receptionist. Fare from bus terminal to hotel is just 15 and 8 from van terminal CONS: Does not automatically clean room unless you tell them to. Room service is poor. Really got bad and annoying experience on this hotel. They should have trained well their hospitality customs in handling their guest. Im referring to the girl on the reception, she is rude and no manners.They should entertain their guests even on a simple request. Hiring a well mannered receptionist is a must.
