What guests say
Friendly staff at the reception. Overall, it's a nice place with good-sized rooms and comfortable beds. However, the toilet is shared, and the showers only have curtains instead of doors, which might be a privacy concern for female guests. Also, there was no hot water.
My stay at burgos Hub was characterized by tranquility and professionalism. The property is exceptionally well-maintained, featuring spotless facilities and a very peaceful environment. The refined ambiance creates a relaxing stay, making it a premier choice for those who value a quiet and orderly place to reside. Truly a five-star experience in terms of quality and service.
We spent only one night, the truth is that they have a lot of potential, we were surprised how comfortable it was because we expected much less. It has a TV with Netflix and YouTube excellent for the price. Negative points: We were woken up by a cockroach at night walking on the wall near the bed which is apparently very normal in Asia, it has happened to us several times in 3 months traveling to different countries…

The place was superb! Staff was great and very accomodating. Highly recommended! 10000/10
Heads up, we were the only women in the whole hostel. I dare to say is mainly for man. If you are a solo traveler heads up, bathrooms are shared and you have to lock the door of the whole facility to use it. The location is not ideal for foreigners. The staff was pretty attentive.
