We had a wonderful stay at Bugana to celebrate my mom's birthday! Right from the start, the receptionists gave us a very warm and welcoming greeting. Everyone makes you feel so welcome! I went with my wife, toddler and mother in law. Dives for myself and a short vacation for the rest of the family. This is not a party place but a place to relax and communicate with Nature. A time to slow down and enjoy a laid back experience. There is no secured parking. Our car got damaged by someone who deliberately scratched one of the panels. I’m not sure if the beach is private but the locals who frequent the area sometimes affect the ambiance. The beach has plenty of stones so be sure to wear appropriate footwear. We had a great stay at Bugana overall. Unfortunately the aircon in our room was not cooling enough. I'm not sure if it was room 101 but it was the Terrace Room above the restaurant nearest the stairs. I love their rooms, we booked 2 rooms. I just post Room number 10. View is really good, their staff is so kind. I wanted to give 5 star. But we had internet problem whole day, if you wanna work there that will be hard. There is no signal Globe & Smart (they are far from city thats normal :]) but their starlink internet didnt work also. And their coffe for breakfast was a bit bitter. All other things were so good
It wasn’t as luxurious as it is marketed to be. How can you consider your resort luxurious when you serve RAW pancakes (describe on the menu as “fluffy golden pancakes”), WATERY “hot choco” that doesn’t even taste like chocolate, and orange juice from CHEAP powder?
