Very disappointing experience! The a/c was not working making our stay uncomfortable, hot and had headache. We were transferred to another room… the door was hard to operate. We had to call for assistance to open our room. Our stay at Buena Casa Hotel Subic took a frustrating turn at checkout when we were charged ₱1000 for a “stained” bath towel. Don’t turn my air conditioner off after you clean my room. One day there is no water in my shower and one day there is no hot water in my shower. The restaurant and bar is good though.
