To be honest, our experience at the resort was quite disappointing. If you’re looking for a place to truly relax, this may not be the best option. The staff are unfriendly, completely inattentive, and act like they couldn’t care less about their guests. Had a great stay at Bontemp Beach Resort! The place is beautiful and relaxing, with a clean beach and beautiful views. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the experience even better. Definitely a good spot if you want to unwind by the sea 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻 Plus, they have the cutest and friendliest dog named Lucky, I loved him! 😆🐶😘
Nag add kami ng guest, it was all good kaso they gave us the extra bed around 12mn na, need pa i-follow up. Everything is expensive, more than twice the price compared to the local market. May corkage lahat, so again, another expense. Hindi accommodating ang mga staff, too much attitude. Taas ng charge sa bawat request na service. I won’t recommend this hotel/resort to anyone.
We stayed there for only one night because it was my partner team building from his work, but it was great. We enjoyed the view and the service was okay, too. Might visit again soon.
