First and foremost, despite arriving at 2 PM, we were not able to check in because the room was NOT YET CLEAN. This delay, after a long and tiring journey, was unacceptable and showed a lack of organization and preparedness from your team. WE WAITED 2 HOURS. We enjoyed our stay in Blue Palm M.R together with my family. The staff were good and accommodating. We also love the food i think they improve with that. Thank you blue palm we celebrated our wedding anniversary with my wife in a twist. 🥳🥰👍🎉💖

Only complaints are that things were expensive and there were no real lifeguards around the swimming pools which could be a safety concern but otherwise it was good

Average rooms but the resort in its entirety is beautiful , great pools both public and private , plenty of activities . Downside is no internet in the rooms, internet is only at the Cafe
