Blue Harbor Hotel

This hotel is close to Calapan port, easy 15 minute walk. Book direct to the hotel, they only accept cash. Downside, don’t use any booking sites, they will charge 25% extra. Food served to us for breakfast from Jolibee. They only have a budget of 120/ person. Convenient, clean room but disappointing breakfast.

Clean sheets, cool room and a very friendly and accommodating staff. What more can you ask for? If you’re taking the fast craft from Batangas to Calapan and plan to have a layover in Calapan before heading out to explore the island of Mindoro, I think this is an ideal place to stay. It’s very close to the port of Calapan.

Rooms were nice and very clean. Staff is friendly. There is parking out front. The rooms have a vault and fridge. Very close to Calapan pier. No swimming pool. No gym. Not many amenities or things to do around the area since it is close to the Calapan terminal. Very limited breakfast options when we were there. Only had 1 option, which was burger steak.

The room is clean and neat, but the walls are bare, no desk or tables or places to hang clothes. It is cold blue and sterile. Restaurant serves a good free breakfast.

I got stuck in Calapan during the Urduja cyclone and most places were booked because of the amount of people affected by the storm. The staff were very accommodating and place was clean. The wifi signal was a bit weak and the bed was comfy, but just as a warning, I was sleeping on a piece of wood a day prior to sleeping on their beds. Positive side: it is clean and near calapan port, I walk all the way from Calapan port to the inn. The personnel are courteous and well mannered. Negative: Low wifi to no wifi connection at my room, I think they have to invest on that. No water heater but in my room there's one not connected. good place for quick rest bec its near the port. room is ok but no heater on shower and toilet is not that clean ang hygenic. affordable price for cheap room. 22hrs check in 2pm to 12nn next day check out. food is no problem bec fastfood is nearby for delivery like jolibee,mcdo&shakeys. friendly staff aswell.
