⚠️ Please don’t book here — the owner is terrible! We booked this accommodation last October 23 through Agoda. The house was advertised as having 3 rooms, so I specifically searched for a full house since we were 4 in total — 2 adults and 2 kids (ages 10 and 6). Owner ruin our vacation, no property communication and options! they told us right away to cancel our booking! no option given! and now they even refused to refund! what a tribble experience here!
blue gates paradise will not refund you when they cancel your booking because they will don;t want you to stay in the property, poor system , terrible owner!
