Blu Serenity Villa is a beautiful and well-maintained property with stunning views and comfortable accommodations. The staff is friendly and the overall ambiance is relaxing. However, be aware that there are hidden charges for almost all amenities, which can add up quickly. Despite this, it's still a lovely place to stay if you're prepared for the extra costs.

Very well maintained. Place is quiet, even if it was in a subdivision, there were no dogs barking to disturb the peace. Amenities are complete-shower heater, air conditioning, internet, gym,theater, arcade, swimming pool. They’ve got electronic door knobs, securing your room and belongings. Their swimming pools are great. One is for children-3feet at its deepest- and the other one is for adults-7 feet at its deepest…

This place is not good. Three air conditioners in the lobby have to be paid extra, one air conditioner costs 1000 pesos an hour, and other facilities have to be paid extra. This is the first time I have visited so many hotels and homestays that I have had such a bad experience!Only the master bedroom in the guest room has air conditioning, but the one outside does not, so it will be very hot and sleep badly.

I am here today 6/22/24, this place is not recommended. Ang daming extra charges, even the videoke you need to pay 1000/hr, living room a/c 1000/hr. Jusmiyo! And ang hindi ko matanggap is yun giant langaw, they literally invaded the place.

Not recommedable... Sayang lang ibabayad nyo.... Kung may 0/5 yan ang ratings nila...
