Bituon Beach Resort

I’ve been to this resort before and enjoyed the day. my visit yesterday was very disappointing, the road going in was very dangerous, the beach was full of garbage and really not for swimming, maybe there’s a new owner because no one cared about cleanliness. High entrance fee, not worth it, would not return.

They will enot entertained the customer while having a blackout.I experience as of this date October 28-29 2024. We rent 1room with cottage. suddenly having a blackout around 12am. No one come for a sorry or small concern.They don't care about their customers safety & concern What will we do is going to sleep without aircon & electricity even they have a generators. The beach is sometimes beautiful, i have visited this beach many times, the only problem is when the plastic waste of the ocean gather up and when they forget to clean those mess. The entrance fee is quite not worth it because the shower is not free, the rooms are not clean and they are so old that the cobwebs are everywhere, this is an honest review, hope they will improve their service in the future.. the location…

This beach is not worth your money, the tent is yours but has to pay 300 at the beach to be able to use tents. the management says that their water is mineral but to be honest their mineral water doesn't taste like one. They trying to show off that they are truly concerned with us but the truth is that they only care for the money. The beach is full of trashes, trashes are everywhere.

The place was far from the town center. The rooms were nice and comfy, the only downside for the rooms is the water supply. They have little water pressure for the showers. The restaurant also has a lot of flies flying around the food. I hope to visit this place again in its peak condition.
