Good stay for a night I came late travelling Surigao to Butuan. Book this while on the bus. Got no cash on me when i check in. It’s a huge venue that can host 200–300 people, perfect for seminars or summits. I expected it to be hot since it’s in Butuan, but it wasn’t because the air conditioning kept the place comfortable.

Hotel is smacked at the down town butuan city, a little bit pricy but it's worth it.. rooms are clean and comes with free breakfast. As per concierge they only have 1 house keeping, which meaans only 1 is cleaning the rooms so the availability of rooms is so slow.
