We stayed there on 06/07, the night before the magnitude 7.8 earthquake hit Southern Mindanao and enjoyed how quiet the place was despite being in the heart of Digos. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the price was reasonable. The room was decent overall. However, we were surprised to be charged 200 pesos per hour to use an iron and ironing board. The maid entered our room without knocking. The TV wasn't working properly, and the shower only had decent water pressure with cold water — hot water just trickled out. 🎀 The room are spacious but the room that we stayed in wasn’t clean enough. Dust in the counter and mirror. 🎀 Washroom area is clean and the water pressure is good. 🎀 Their pool needs maintenance, it wasn’t too clean as you can see from an angle that there’s some dirt floating around during the daytime. 🎀 Convenient place for hotel as infront of it is Gaisano mall and there’s Mcdonalds and Watsons.

Disappointing experience at Big 8 Corporate Hotel. I was alone in the room and requested to remove the supplemental bed because there was very little space left inside the room, but the request was declined simply because it was already included in the contract. Staff were not very accommodating and seemed unable to make reasonable adjustments to improve guest comfort. Communication and customer service need improve…

Room is comfortable and I had a restful sleep. My only complaint is that there is no sufficient divider of the restroom and shower area, and so the toilet floor becomes wet after bathing. The restuarant and cafe food ia great! Staff are kind. McDo, Watsons and Gaisano are just few steps away.

Rooms are spacious, bed and pillows are good and kept well clean. Air-conditioning units need cleaning outside as very dusty. Shower had no hot water for 10 days and TV turns off for quite some time or has no audio on certain channels.
