Amazing service from the staff, they were very accommodating . Breakfast was also good. We chose the room with direct access to pool and loved the happy hour times. The rooms had 2 small beds they put together to make a king size bed so this wasn’t very comfortable and put the sockets right in the middle. Location is also very convenient and close to the beach. This hotel has been our favourite in our trip to the Philippines. We wanted to come here as a change of scenery from the city and we're so glad we did! The hotel is on the smaller side and getting there is a little awkward and we were glad that we booked the hotel Airport Shuttle service. Location is great, very convenient, however the hotel toilet in the room or public use aren't clean. Housekeeping department should look into this matter seriously. Pool isn't clean either. The ladies at the front desk and one guy wasn't paying attention to all concerns i had. They need more training on how to respond to customer with knowledge. Sorry can't do anything. Just saying.
