Be Palace Hotel

Maganda ang location ng hotel and very convenient to nearby places. The staff are nice and accommodating, good ang service. The room is okay and comfortable, though medyo old na yung facilities. Overall, reasonable naman ang price, so good value for money. 👍

Honestly, we didn't expect such a mediocre hotel. We arrived in the evening with our car after 5 hours of driving and, surprise, there was no parking available as Agoda had mentioned. The room was located on the upper floors but there was no wifi signal. We were told they would check, but no signal the next morning either. Great helpful and friendly service around the clock. Location is a total win, easy to get to any place in town from here. Parking spots are limited. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Downside in our room is the whole sealing wet and fungus starts to grow. No windows in the room but Aircon. One of two power plus aren't working.

It’s an OK hotel, but the bathroom could have gotten a thorough cleaning, their shower heater don’t work as well 😔 Their outlet above by the bed side table for charging has visible wirings which can lead to electrocution if it gets in contact with water 😰🤯 Location is perfect and has an elevator.

Very slow internet connection. Went here for work related purposes but couldn't work properly. Was supposed to book another hotel but unfortunately no available room. Upon booking, they said the internet was good but in reality, it was the opposite. Won't recommend for those who plan to stay for work related purposes. Room was okay tho.

Good value for money. Very kind staff. WiFi worked very well in my room. They accept credit cards which is convenient for tourists.

Check-in was smooth but not secure, concierge did not ask for ID. They accept all major credit cards and you can book thru third party portals. Matrimonial guest room was okay. No telephone in the room, tv remote was not functioning. Bathroom was not so clean but expected for budget hotels. Exhaust fan was noisy. Room is not secure, you can open the door using a card or any flat object. Hallway smells like cigarette…
