Excellent Value for the Price! I stayed at this hotel for a few nights and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The price was very affordable, especially for the quality offered. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the basic amenities I needed. What really stood out was the customer service—every staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. They went out of their way to mak…

It is an old hotel, quite dark in the hallways and there's no centralized aircon so the hotel feels hot. The room is okay, bed is soft, spacious, aircon is working well. No free water, toothbrush and toothpaste. One thing I did not like is you need to get your towel, amenities, and remote control to the reception desk. Location is good, since the baywalk is right at the front and there's so many restaurants.

The hallway on the ground floor were scary and filthy, and walking down the hallway all the way to the back made you feel like you weren't in a hotel. Because their laundry was next to our room, there were a lot of people passing through. No phone signal will reach the rooms at the back, and no wifi connection will be available. Their beds were a nightmare!!! Every morning, your back would hurt.

My first time in Mati and I fell in love already. Baywalk Hotel was the only place near our destination. Worth the price, rooms are clean and kid friendly. Very accesible to markets, restaurants and most of all the park. Mati park is just across the hote. My kids really had fun. Though it rained cats and dogs when we got there, they still enjoy staying. Had free wifi to eliminate boredom.

Room rates are affordable. It's located at the heart of the city, very accessible, and near to food establishments & convenience stores. Staff were very accommodating. As of April 2019, they were doing renovations to the hotel that might change my dislikes, to wit: unsafe hallways due to broken tiles, exposed wires, protuding pipes, broken AirCon, poor ventilation, no exhaust fan, dirty old bed & linens.. Not a comf…

This hotel has cheaper accommodation rate as compared to its near compeittor. For only Php750- you already can get a room with two beds. The linen was clean but it is thin so don't expect it could help you that much when it gets cold. The room has superb designed has of course an aircon and a tv which supposed to have a cable channel. Unfortunately, during my stay the cable is tangled. Plus there is no mobile recept…

An old hotel in Mati but somehow well maintained. Room has enough space to move around but 4G signal is weak. Wifi signal is strong only in the lobby area. They have a restaurant though menu is limited. Hotel crews are friendly. Overall stay is okay.
