I wish we read reviews before booking this hotel. Upon arrival only room was available on the 4th floor. After traveling for days we decided to book the room. We just stumbled on this property after driving from the Bicol region all day. It was raining and getting late at night so we decided to spend the night here. Nothing special about this over-priced hotel. Rooms are very small. No amenities at all. The room rate included breakfast which we could not eat. The location is acceptable as it is along the road.
A hotel with a good atmosphere and ambience. There's a restaurant on the top floor, where we ate twice. The breakfast is served on the ground floor. It was tasty, with an ok variety of food to choose from. There is also a fitness room. We really enjoyed our stay on the 4th floor, and wish we could stay longer.

Rooms are good and clean, hot water shower, wifi almost never works, food taste nice when they get your order correct, but is cold every day.. even if you arrive early for breakfast it's still cold, no care seems to be given on whether the food is correct or cold.
Good experience here. Especially the cafe (for espresso).. I’ve stayed at the hotel about 4 times so far. Try to tell them to keep you away from the interior rooms with no window. The major points that kept me coming back are the price point, the rooftop terrace bar and the espresso bar. Staff is nice also. Recommended.
Breakfast very basic with limited choices, rooms are very thin walled and can hear alot of noise. Only lift to floors are for hotel staff use. A/C are not new design and noisy. We waited for almost an hour for our order and still got it incomplete. The drinks we ordered tasted awful that we decided to leave soon not to spoil our night. I hope they have a more experienced barista so I could recommend this place to friends and relatives. Positive side - the rooftop view is fine and the music/singer was great.
