Neat and organized place with cozy rooms staff are kind and attentive easy to access location great for quick stays and rest.

Budget-friendly place with decent amenities and good service. Perfect for short stays and quick getaways.

I booked a room, but there was a leak in the shower which left the bathroom floor soaked. There was also mold on the bedroom walls. Please address these issues for future guests

Its okay as a budget room. The aircon is airconing. The cr is smalling but okay for the price.

We arrived early before qcheck in time and the staff allowed us to check in early without additional fee. The place is very accessible and near to all necessities such as Alberto's food house and other carinderia, bakeries, Prince Warehouse and other government offices. Clean, quiet, simple and affordable rooms near the city center

This place was great until the power went out in a citywide brownout. THEN their huge diesel Generator kicked in and I relaxed in my room with full lighting, aircon and fast wifi while the rest of Bayawan layed awake sweating and slapping mosquitoes all night!! Love this place!!
