The location of the resort is very great. Right at the beach and accessible to tours to 100 islands. It is a shame that like with so many resorts in the Philippines staff is not running the resort as it should be. The security guard was watching a movie with the volume on full blast. Upon arrival there was no electricity nor running water all day. Went island hopping and came back to water was only intermittent at best. Shower head was busted. No hot water. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Staff is friendly, nice and helpful, we love the Bangsilog for breakfast. its perfect place when you plan to go on the Hundred Islands tour because the tourism office is right outside their front gate, and the boat man will fetch you at the front beach of Bamboo Paraiso.

After reading about the past reviews, i must say that the place did something about the complaints. The place was clean, the rooms too. The staff was really courteous every single time.
