Balay Pacifico Luxury Villa

The place is nice, spacious, and has a stunning view but the accommodation was a bad experience for us. The doors were stuck and heavy, some locks does not work. Worst was the night, the rooms were hot because of the unstable power. Not worth the expensive rate, we booked a two villa and only one has an AC functioning properly we have to sleep on the living room because it was hot in the bedrooms.

“Luxury” is just the view, nothing else. I stayed at Balay Pacifico because they market themselves as a luxury villa. The only luxurious thing was the view. The accommodation itself was awful. Wow! Stopped in for breakfast on 12/1/26 and absolutely loved it. Amazing views, great vibe, and a perfect location. After two weeks travelling around the Philippines, this was easily the best coffee and breakfast we had. We’ve stayed at places like the Hilton in Manila, so that says a lot. Our recent family stay at Balay Pacifico was excellent! We were very impressed with how clean the entire property was, and the rooms were wonderfully spacious, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. Having the convenience of an in-house restaurant was also a huge bonus. A highly recommended spot for a family getaway!

Pet friendly!!! I think they need to fix the part of the AC because when it rains really hard water passes through the AC then inside the room. Service was really good! We always do our make up room on 2PM and yes they clean very well! Villas are really nice and comfy! Power goes out every now and then, but I find it's understandable. Food is good! Nothing particularly special but tastes pretty good nonetheless. Its a really lovely space with amazing views, public beach just 2 minutes away, saltwater pool with a nice lounging area.

Can't say enough great things about this place. The owner Steve and all of the staff are awesome. Very friendly and make you feel at home. We recently stayed at this hotel and found a few notable issues. While the food was quite good, the overall experience did not justify the price we paid. The air conditioning in the master bedroom was faulty, which made for an uncomfortable stay. Additionally, the cleanliness did not meet the standards I expect for the cost.
