I tried to politely tell the staff quite a few times. No water hose in toilet, toilet paper runs out often in the toilet and is not replaced for many hours. No spare toilet paper. It felt bad that it is quite a nice house and feels very expensive and high class but you're left dealing with a problem usually only faced in extremely poor areas of the Philippines. even they at least have a bucket of water there!
