AVENUE SUITES HOTEL

Avenue Suites Hotel felt like a home away from home. The staff were friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out, and the food was excellent fresh, tasty, and nicely presented. Our room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Great value for the price I’ll happily stay here again and recommend it to friends.

I recently stayed at Avenue Suites Bacolod, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I booked this hotel for the first time, expecting better quality for the price. We stayed here for 11 days. Upon arriving noticed in the lobby, air condition seems to be not working well. Found it hot in the lobby even at night time. Our stay was extremely disappointing. As soon as we entered the room, we were hit with a strong moldy smell, which immediately set a bad tone. To make matters worse, I even saw cockroaches 😭😭😭 The staff were not accommodating at all and clearly need better training.
