Will definitely stay in this hotel again. LIKES: within the city proper, very cheap room rates, room is well kept, ventilated and lighted, in the room that we stayed we have a comfy size CR, ample amount of available water water during our entire stay. DISLIKES: no parking, stairway is so steep and there is no bell boy top assist you on your other luguage, no elevator,
Very disappointed with the customer service. Not recommended for those checking in with vehicles as their parking area is something to be desired. We checked in with a disabled person and they did not even offer an accessible room. If you're going to Kalibo, better find better places to stay. If half a star is possible, I'll not give a one star rating.
We use to stay here with my husband and baby everytime we're in Kalibo for overnight. What do u expect fo a cheapest room obviously its not a classy hotel but I definitely recommend this specially to those backpackers. The room is comfortable to stay. We always stay here. Grea service, approachable staff at the counter.
Not recommended..We stayed here for a week it has no generator,especially here in kalibo almost every day brownout.Dirty rooms, we request for room make up but still dirty especially under bed and corners full of dust(ung mga sulok2 hindi nililinis)..also the beddings are itchy and the CR floor is slippery my 2 kids slipped.Also wifi is worst!
Been here for 3 days in Ati Atihan Festival i suddenly forget my jewelries when i checked out and all of a sudden there refuse to tell the truth that i left my things there this is very disappointing good thing the value of my 1 watch 2 bracelet and 2 rings are not really expensive but there dishonesty and people must be aware of your belongings when you left on this hotel for this bad experience
