The rooms needs improvement. My room even has no sink and the toilets flush is not working. I had a nice sleep though and the ACU works properly. I think this pension house is one of the cheapest in Zamboanga City. If you are not particular on amenities, this hostel can still give you comfort and a quiet place to stay.
I stayed here for approx. 15 days during my vacay in Zamboanga. Persons-in-charge are very accomodating. Rooms are clean and rates are fair (lowest room rate is 450php, fan only and good for 2 pax)
Location is very accessible, just one ride going to airport and to maketplace with minimum amount of Jeep Fare. The place is clean and good for backpackers.
Antiquated and old, large rooms, great for large groups, bathrooms are operational, but multiple visual peeling and broken locks, beds are old spring beds, and atmosphere is dull and old.
