At The Pad- Hotel and Resort

Not recommended! If you are a foreigner, never book this hotel. It is very dirty. The pillows are dirty, and the mattress is very old the springs hurt your back. There are bed bugs, no housekeeping, and even cockroaches in the room. The restaurant is not hygienic, and the service is poor. People make noise in the hallway, so you can’t sleep at night. I’ve never had such a bad experience in my life.

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The restaurant was closed, and the carpet was dirty. The swimming pool was also dirty, and our room's aircon wasn't working properly. It was a bad experience! The pool was dirty & restaurant was closed. We book Twin bed size room, but they place at queen size at first, so we need to move again In the twin bed room. Carpet at the hallway, CR, mat, room floor are so dirty. TV & wifi are not working. We saw cockroach 🪳 inside CR. No elevator, no phone, furniture & rooms are outdated/low class, no slippers. We wasted money in this hotel.

Its not really new renovated lang outside looks good pero Pag dating sa room in terms of cleanliness its a big NO. Parang sayang yung renovation di maayos there are many good and better hotel than this with same rate. So for me not worth it for its price

Good stay at this hotel. They are super accommodating and helpful, especially with our requests regarding room choices for a senior citizen and our pets. I love that they are pet-friendly, and their rooms are quite spacious. Thank you for all the help during our stay! Highly recommended :) Just note that they do not have elevators (only a ramp and stairs)
