Standard AC rooms are above 2 star hotel level, acceptably nice and clean. Queen sized bed is sufficient for 2 pax. The service is good, with complimentary complimentary breakfast for 2 in standard rooms. Best part is the location, it is along the national road near the city/town proper of Santa Cruz Laguna and Pagsanjan.

Average to stay, rooms is not worth to pay the price per night but location is strategic.

We held wedding reception today, August 15, 2025. Only the waiters are dedicated to their job, seems they are just confused on management. I met the, HR Manager, the one who assist us for booking. We spent almost 30k on the reservation and we experienced very poor service from her. She is typically a person in charge who doesn't care for you even you are their guest. It's a greate experience and also their foods are delicious 🥰

Absolutely poorly managed and maintained hotel. I have seen better motels than this hotel pretending to be a 3-star. The only saving grace was the bellboy who had an awesome sense of customer service. Morning receptionist couldn’t care less. You have been warned.

Food and service are good (just stay away during special occassionss , place too crowded and waiter get confussed even if you got reservations and advanced order)
