The room was good, although pretty basic. Hot showers and AC. WIFI is available with little code tickets they provide you. The staff were helpful. It's very close to a large store and trike service is also available close by. My wife got mad because they made us pay for a towel, like 400 pesos if I remember correctly, although to be fair once laundered I think it would have been fine.
April 27, 2026 It's my 2nd Time to Stay Here at Meaco or Asia Jems or Novo Hotel. I know i have posted rating before 2023 but i don't know what happen..anyway this is my recent review for Asia Jems Hotel Hotel is along the busy road morning ro evening you can hear the sound of passing vehicle (defends on the room location) Room is very wide, nice ambiance and lighting fixture. Bed is ok, matress hard but its okie...…
We've been very hesitant to book here since there's a lot of negative feedbacks but to our surprise, our experience was decent. The room is clean, neat, and the AC is strong. Customer service, it's good but they need to work it on. But nevertheless, it was great.
great place to stay. neat and quiet. If I may comment to other reviews regarding some ammenities. I dont know why you guys wanted a 5 star service to a 3 star hotel, ref, good wifi connection etc., this place is made to sleep in, to relax, not to doom scrolling on socmed.
Nice hotel polite staff and security Nice rooms with breakfast included We were on 3 Rd top floor having dinning area outside with umbrella picnic bench tables so could eat inside your room or outside nice 👍 With elevator and stairs also drinks and snacks available
Located in the heart of Gapan very near to tagpuan sa lumang Gapan, atm's and Malls, if you book 24 hours it will come with free breakfast of your choice, rooms are quite spacious and clean, and parking space is also good
