The place itself is okay, but I was disappointed with the service. Armar’s Place Baguio refused to acknowledge a valid PWD ID and did not provide the required PWD discount. This was frustrating and disappointing, especially since PWD discounts are mandated by law. I hope the management addresses this and improves how they handle PWD customers in the future.
We stayed here during the long weekend. The place is at camp 8. It has jeepney terminal which is close to the inn. It has a restaurant below the inn and lots of stores nearby. This is an affordable place to stay.
The place could have been worth staying if they didn't lie about it. We ordered a place up to 12 people but gave us place good for eight people. This accommodation lied to what they posted on Agoda. They said on Agoda that the nearest landmarks on their property are the Atonement Church in session Road, SM Baguio, Victory Liner terminal, Burnham park, all within less than 1k but when we were finding their address, they are 2.2km away from the city center! It was cheap and a place to stay when ypu need some place to sleep. We stayed in a room with quite a decent space - 3 bunk beds for 7 pax. We shared the bathroom with other guests but that time, it was only us using the bathrooms. There are also rooms with exclusive bathrooms. It was near the central part of the city, easily accessible by jeepney or taxi.
Poor cleanliness, bad service,lots of rats, smell bad, rude staffs, water is not constant and they mixed girls and boys when there are a lot of available rooms..
