Our stay at Arirang Bay Resort in Zambales was extremely disappointing. This place is far from a 4-star resort—honestly, it doesn’t even deserve 2 stars. The comfort rooms were filthy, smelled bad, and even the doors and locks were broken. The pool was murky and clearly not cleaned regularly, making it impossible to enjoy. rooms are expensive and too small. No parking area, all cars are outside. It is dark and the emblem of our car got stolen. The toilet’s flush is not working and the aircon is not enough to make the room cool. No availabe food you need to bring the stores are far.

4 star review for me as the rooms were cozy and reminds of the traditional Filipino kubo, then the service cuzof free breakfast, fire dancing, and lanterns. Then, the location is Infront of the sunset beach. We can see the view from the deck as I wait for the room. Overall, like this and keep improving for the better of the people and foreigners!

The staff were friendly, but the rooms felt a bit cramped, especially with a bed and mattress on the floor practically next to the CR. The sink in the bathroom was clogged, which was a bummer. It would be beneficial to improve or upgrade the facilities. A more organized and visually pleasing area—similar to what is shown on social media—would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. Regarding food, offering a wider variety of dishes would be ideal. If this is not possible, it would help to clearly indicate that guests are allowed to bring their own food and to consider removing the corkage fee. We di…
