I hired the entire resort and when we checked in, pool water was cloudy, some rooms were not cleaned properly,some showers were broken, rubbish from previous guests still in the bin and there were thousands of huge flies everywhere. Beautiful hot spring resort in Pansol. Only 45 min away from the south. We stayed in their newest room, which has a tub. Love the huge space and work table. It was also nice dipping in their hot spring pool especially as it was rainy when we visited. There is still on-going construction on their second floor and some menu items are not available on their cafe when we visited, but overall would highly recommend.
Great Experience! Stayed at their hotel room there are two rooms at second floor currently, namely room 201(good for 2) and 202(good for 4), there are other ongoing construction of rooms. Their HOT SPRING are really hot and clean. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Great staff, modern, relaxing place. TVs not working. In my room's toilet and bath, shower isn't positioned properly so it gets the toilet all wet. Overall my family had fun!
