After checking out and getting to the airport I got a msg on WhatsApp from an employee at the hotel letting me know I left my credit card in my room. They held it for me until I knew if I would be able to get back through Cebu on my journey. After I let them know I could not make it back they kindly destroyed the card for me. Very appreciative of them going above and beyond for me!
Amethyst Boutique Hotel – Disappointing Experience I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Security is basically non-existent — anyone could walk in off the street without question. The beds? Just two single mattresses pushed together with a sheet barely holding them in place. Super uncomfortable. Location-wise, it’s a 15-minute walk to town, or a 10-minute Grab ride. Honestly, just stay somewhere else and Grab into town…
