This is about the Cafe not the suite. Many meetings among friends and Dole office workers have transpired here. Many decisions have been agreed here upon bottles of beer. Crispy pasta is great! Spaghetti and other pasta are fine. Al fresco dining is cozy. Indoor Cafe is small and a little bit stifling. A little pricey. Restroom is ok. Parking inside may fit 7 cars.
Sadly the whole bathroom was full of black mold. When we entered the room, there is always a strong smell of mold. All in all we didn’t feel comfortable. Its hard to fall asleep, the whole room feels broken. Sadly we didn’t had a nice stay. The staff was mostly friendly and the breakfast was also okay. Next time we will search for another place to stay
This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had so far. Despite booking two rooms in advance, we were told upon arrival that only one booking existed, and no rooms were ready. Its near DOLE, if you have OB in DOLE you can definitely check in here. Staff are good, ambiance good.
Its a nice place, it has some classic atmosphere. the food they serve are really awesome and the people here are very friendly. I like their beds which they have soft cottony furry blanket to keep us warm at night. Just that what's lacking was they Only have a very small hanger stand on the wall to hang our clothes and towel and no toiletries products provided except for paper towel. The Café has been consistent on giving good customer service and great food. The Menu however didn't offer more choices so sometimes when people go back and saw the same menus, its kinda boring. They should have a dynamic menu, meaning they should add more choices or make a limited edition menu for special occasions.
The hotel is basic but ok. The price, however, is way too high for what they are offering. It should be 50% less expensive or better equipped and cleaner. The breakfast wasn’t great either. I would still come back if the price was more reasonable.
