Overall it was a good stay. ❤️ This hotel is accessible and along the main road, just in front of SM Lipa. Second, they offer buffet breakfast. It is not much but just right. Next would be good parking space. The rooms are pretty spacious too. They have a desk in your room so you can study or work. Rooms also have a hot and cold option - but heater doesn’t work at night. location just a cross Lipa SM. Service was good, they were all courteous and attentive. Room is clean but aircon was noisy. Bathroom is clean but no shower curtain to prevent toilet floor from being too wet. And no rack or shelf to place soap and shampoo bottles. Our room was next to the road, it was noisy.

Very disappointing and overpriced. We booked a suite and it simply was not worth the money. The air conditioning was extremely noisy, the bed was uncomfortable, and the room was advertised as having a pool view when there was no pool view at all (see photo). Contemporary old classic drive in hotel in Lipa, Batangas just across SM. Conveniently located along the highway and had a chance to book their executive room which I find pricey. Weekend staycation and we have one free upgrade to suite room upon check in since we initially booked 2 rooms thru Agoda. Buffet breakfast is served from 6:30am to 9:30am. Perfect location since walking distance from SM and Robinsons Lipa. Free coffee in reception. Good amenities and helpful staff.
