Hands down the best hotel we've stayed at in Roxas City. From the moment we arrived, it was clear Altacosta was a cut above the rest. We went their for our Valentine's date, with expectations that the place would be crowded with guests. We also hoped that there might be a lunch or dinner package since it's a special day. The room was clean and simple, complete with bathroom amenities. A home away from home hotel. The view of the Baybay beach when you wake up in the morning is the cherry on top of this staycation. Staff were very accommodating and nice. It would have been nice if coffee/tea was included in the room tho. But over all, everything is superb! :)

If you're expecting a resorts style accommodation, you'll be disappointed. But, know that you can't beat the location in relation to the beach. The service is 5 star 5 diamond. The staff are unreal. Had a great stay with Altacosta Beach Resort. It was a last minute booking and the receptionist was very patient with our inquiries and was able to book two rooms immediately. 4 stars only for rooms because of availability on the second floor but the rooms are clean and spacious. I chose the Altacosta Beach Hotel because it was located right on the beach. The beach view from my room was fantastic! The room and toilet were spotlessly clean. There was a refrigerator and three free 500-mL bottles of water (but an electric kettle would have been nice). The receptionists and security guards were very responsive and quick to offer assistance, especially when I needed to arrange my transportation.…

The staff is commendable. The area is clean, superb and vibing. The food is okay. Maybe some of the facilities must be improve (like the door, it must be close softy) but the rest is worth to share. If given a chance, I would stay there again because of privacy and calmness.
