The staff are very friendly and considerable. I had a wrong booking paid by my credit yet they still consider it. Great experience added with hospitality, as they offered us free mattress. The room is wide, the pool has for the kids to enjoy. They have little bar and billiard hall. The service are perfect and it feels like home. Just few walks away going to different food branches and bars.

I stayed at the Alona Vida Beach Hill Hotel for six weeks from mid August 2025 onwards. I can truly say that everthing about my stay was perfect. My room and bed was very comfortable. We had a 1 night stay in Alona Vida Beach. Their room is spacious and clean. It is 5-10min away from Alona beach and very near to restaurants, spas, etc. What earned its 5 star is the services they provided. We were allowed to do early check in and were given welcome drinks. Staff are all helpful.

I'm not sure why this hotel isn't 5 stars .. I am staying here for a week, and it's been incredibly pleasant. Great location, quiet, and super clean!! I am always the only one in the pool, and having nice chairs to get some sun in is a treat. The rooms are massive, and very clean.
