Pros: Stunning courtyard perfect for photo shoots. Very accomodating staff. Excellent location near seaside restos, Rizal Shrine, Glorious Fantasy Land, and 20m away from the hotel's adjacent beach property and beach access. Decent breakfast and dining area. Cons: Outdated rooms with only basic amenities. TAKE NOTE: No swimming pool in this hotel.

I will 100% NOT suggest this place. The room felt like never been used for many years, never been checked or never been cleaned. Spiders living in the bathroom, creating plenty of webs and small kingdom of ants scattered. Nearby is a karaoke bar, it’s very loud as well as the cars passing by the street. They have television but there’s no battery in the remote control. So it’s useless. Not worth it for its price!!

We never really intended to stay here, it was just by chance that this was the only place available for the night. I advice to not expect much. The parking is good, and the staff are quite accommodating. The rooms are clean, although there are slight stains on the bedsheets that are questionable. Well I'm not sure, this may be the best here... but. Lovely spacious grounds and room is reasonably clean, but.... Bed has thin mattress with, it feels like no springs, so set down gently. Room has no chairs, period. Bathroom is good sized but water is almost nonexistent. If you flush it will be 10-15 minutes for tank to refill, same for water from faucet. One thing that I like about the place is it's PET-FRIENDLY. The staff are accomodating, the room is not even that bad, it's pretty decent and nice plus everything is clean. the beds are clean, you have your own cabinet, two mugs and a heater w/ sugar provided (if you wanna have some coffee). Our room was clean as well as the bath/cr. Disappointed at the service during breakfast, they ran out of rice and viands which my family ordered so waiting time was extended (we are from about 4-5 hrs travel from here yet!). Room rates affordable and location is nice and reasonably safe to park vehicles.

I greatly recommend this hotel! Very hospitable people, near to Fantasy Land and restaurants. Nice view. You can stay in the mansion or rooms in the adjacent building intended for guests. We had free coffee, they also offered free snacks. They have a piano in the hall, for those who can play it. You can also park near your rooms, just in front of it.
