Location is good since its walking distance to the bus terminal and the Island City Mall. The room was okay but I had to ask them to bring me a trash can and a mug. The bathroom is a bit outdated but functional.
This is a budget-friendly hotel located infront of Caltex near HNU (Holy Name University). It is also near the HNU Hospital, ICM, Dao Bus Terminal and Tagbilaran City Hall. Great value for money! There are also laundry shops as well as places to eat right outside the alleyway. They have some dedicated parking spaces for 4 wheel vehicles which can accommodate only around 2-3 depending on size. It only takes a few minutes to walk to Mcdonald’s and the Tagbilaran City Hall. We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were very clean, well-maintained, and also affordable.
Clean room with free wifi and drinking water outside the hallway. There is no hot shower, but the water is not cold. A little walk from the highway. Near Mcdo and ICM. It is a good place to stay for a day or more. Just be careful not to stain the bedding or the towels because you will have to pay for the laundry. I will surely book again in the future.

We booked through Agoda and our check-in time was clearly stated as 2 PM, but when we arrived, we were told that the new check-in time is now 3 PM due to a “policy change.” We ended up paying extra for early check-in, which felt unfair since the original booking said 2 PM. The rooms are 10/10, clean and spacious. laundry shops, macdonalds, pharmacy, 711 and malls and karenderya just a stone throw away. Just be careful with their sheets and pillow cases because they are very specific in stains. When we were there we made it a point not to eat on the bed. Overall its a 10.
