The room is clean and smells good whenever you enter. Cozy vibes and aesthetic. The location is very accessable. Kaamulan grounds is just a walkable distance, took us 3-5 mins walk. CR is clean and smells nice. Wifi is fast and airconditioner works well. The owners are friendly and very accomodating even though when it's through online. Our experience hes been great! Will book again in the future.👌
The staff were really accomodating! Rooms are clean and toiletries are readily provided. Very accessible to the city center and stores. One thing probably that can be improved is the addition of dimmed lights or a lamp. For the price, its really the bang for your buck!
The room is clean, bright, and comfortable, and the staff responds quickly. Power interruptions aren’t an issue since they have a generator. The location is very convenient—mall, market, and Capitol grounds are just a short walk away. Highly recommended for solo and family travelers.
This airbnb is so noisy. The flooring is pvc you can hear other people who check in in the middle of the night . You are hearing knocking and shouting . We had a terrible night, its like a nightmare.We check out right away. They dont have a service attendant to complain even in sms and call no one answers you. Once you paid and it became a trap. You cant do anything about it. Very frustrating stay. Please stay away…
This hotel or luxe whatever, is really great. I checked in here for my trip to Lantapan, Bukidnon. The owner is accommodating and the room is just fine. Good thing an electric kettle was provided as I always crave for a cup of coffee multiple times a day. For the price, I think it’s not really expensive. Highly commended!
The place is at the center and is closed to a lot of restaurants which is very convenient. The room is very spacious with kettle to use for heating water. They have water dispenser outside the room so free water for us. The check in was very smooth and even so the check it.
Do you want a airbnb in the middle of the city centre, the hotspot this is the place. Great beds and nice room, but the bathroom is tiny, but has hot and cold shower. Great airbnb for the price you pay as it is right in the city centre with great park on the other side of the road.
Great place to stay! very responsive, the room were great for family and the location is amazing! close to capitol grounds, church, Gaisano, Mart, and food places. You just have to look for parking around the park area, but other than that will definitely book again. PET FRIENDLY Too! a big plus for fur families.
