ACS pension house

The room was clean, hot water worked great, AC cold, tv has netflix, staff were friendly. But the wifi connection was reaaaally bad, and the staff were really loud in the hallway early in the morning, their noise woke us up and disturbed our sleep

The rooms are very clean and spacious, I could only wish for the bathroom to have a better ventilation system but overall our stay has been nice. The staff are polite and the location is very convenient since it's in the City itself, the malls are close enough to be walked to and so are the convenience stores.

Overall, it was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable, and having Netflix was a nice touch. But since the walls are made of wood, you hear everything from your neighbors. Unfortunately on my last night, I had loud, inconsiderate neighbors. They were talking, laughing, running around, and even knocking on my door as a prank. It's new and still clean. Rates are very affordable. And they offer breakfast. And drinks for sale. You don't have to go out of the hotel premises just to buy your mineral water. Secured with CCTVs cams.

Room is small but with aircon, television and clean cr. They fix my bed even without prior notice and captured my iron but its ok. Wifi not working though.

I recommend this place. We were 3 adults with 1 child and our room only cost 900 a night. It has cabled TV, Air-conditioned room, 1 queen bed and an extra bed, bathroom and a mini table with chair. The location is just across the cathedral church in Koronadal. Walking distance to the Plaza and KCC Mall.
