Strategically located. The staff are courteous and accomodating. The building is design is quite nice but is badly in need of maintenance. There were leaks in the sinks, at least in all of the rooms I've seen (4), in one of the bigger rooms which had it's own terrace, the toilet flush doesn't even work. The place was full of insect wings and the comfort room was too small. I felt like they didn't clean the room thoroughly because there were still dust on the sheets
Rooms are not thoroughly cleaned. Reception of tv is not clear. No wifi connection on our room. But hotel staff are courteous and accomodating.
Didn't stay here. The cheapest room accommodation is 850php. Location is good though. Right at the corner main road.
