We only used the function room on the 3rd floor. They have restrooms, handwashing area, kitchen and extra small room. No elevator yet, so we have to use the stairs. Staff are helpful and approachable.
We missed our trip, so we looked for a place to stay at 4 in the morning. Luckily, we found this place, and the great thing about it is that their check-out time is 24 hours from the time you check in. Since we checked in at 4 a.m., our check-out time was 4 a.m. the next day, which is awesome! They really designed this policy to favor travelers. Kudos to them!
The hotel is very affordable but I have the most comfortable bed compared to the other hotels in dumaguete to that t I stayed. It has exceptional clean linens, spotless room and bathroom. I can either choose a free breakfast of continental or Asian food. Great staff with a welcoming ambiance that provides prompt assistant to my needs. Thank you for making my excellent experience in my short stay in dumaguete.
This place has a comfortable bed, good selection of TV channels, clean rooms with a refrigerator, access to hot water and a microwave. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The only negative is the location and most of all the complete lack of any soundproof rooms. All in all this is very good value for money and we had a nice stay here.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was nice and clean but a bit small. The wifi was a bit slow and disconnected often. There is pump on the roof that started regularly and was quite loud in our room. The AC also had loud rattle and the shower head was blocked up so it didn't spray much. So basically it's a nice place but in need of some maintenance.
