Location is along the highway. The room has a good size, and the shower has good heating. Their breakfast is served 6:30AM at the earliest, but I had to be in Koronadal by 8:00AM for a meeting, so I requested the front desk to have my breakfast prepared in advance so I could start eating at 6:30AM sharp. They granted my request. And I was able to make it to Koronadal at exactly 8:00AM. Kudos to the front desk!
Affordable room rates, the place is clean. The location is very accessible just near from the bus terminal, walking distance from the nearest jollebee and chowking. With secure parking area. Ideal for backpackers and motorist. Not ideal for very old persons, No elevator
it is a good place to stay in when you are in butuan..they offer free coffees overnight...it is near the national higway which is also near all the convenience store with some stores on the ground floor where you can also buy some treats like tuna etc....there is overnoght conceirge.
A. Wifi is not consistent. To the point that it becomes annying. B. Room is not sound proof. You could hear a baby crying from the other room. Even the sound of door openings, foot steps, phone calls etc. 3. Ala carte Food is not good. I regret I should have settled with Mcdonalds. 4. Nearby Drigg's Suite did better at Php700 than here at Php888. 5. NO CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENT.
I like how the place gives you privacy, they have delicious cakes. Though cappuccino and latte's are not available
Accessible location and should guest want a night life more enjoyment numerous establshment nearby offer happy hour or live acoustic jam.
