The guy who assisted us was very rude! He did'nt even acknowledge us when we get at the resort.. He just called my niece in very inpolite way & told her that we need to pay right away! duh! we will pay you but let us finish unloading our stuff first! He did'nt even say thank you nor smile when we live the resort... :( I'm sorry but I will not recommend this resort to any of my friends...
Very nice venue for holding events! Did not run into issues with anything and gests seemed very pleased with.
