A AND A BED AND BREAKFAST INN

Stayed for a 3-day training. Airconditioning inside the room is not cold enough. Only one pillow per bed. No table inside the room. Was hoping to have a mini-fridge inside the room but there was none either. No slippers inside the room also. Wifi is fine.

Aircon is too small for the room... There is no mini ref, no safety box, no hanger, no clothes hanging, no table on the room provided...

I booked a stay at this hotel through Agoda, but the app made a mistake with my check-in and check-out dates, with just 1 day difference. I reached out to Agoda, and they contacted the hotel to fix the dates or cancel my booking with a refund. However, the hotel kept saying they never received the email from Agoda. The room is fine. It's good for just staying the night. Sadly, there was no remote for the TV or other toiletries. The only thing that was there was a bar of soap, towel and a roll of toilet paper. The staff could be more accommodating.

I had a nice experience here. Though I just left my things the whole day and go back at night. The Receptionists are accommodating. Rooms are clean, With Free Breakfast and a bonus of beautiful a view of Mayon when you check out the window. Thank God I did not push through to the Sampaguita Inn that's just one block away from this Hotel. I heard a lot of bad reviews there. You better stay here. I recommend this. :)

One of the excellent budget-friendly places in Legazpi City. We stay here almost every other week when we're in the city to do business or leisure. They have an elevator, clean rooms, and friendly staff. I do think that the towels are too thin. They're usually fully booked on holidays because they're quite affordable.
