Cons: Noisy receptionists at the check-in counter. They were loud, laughing, and sounded like they were in a market. This was especially annoying for waiting guests, considering how strict they are with the 2:00 PM check-in time. Wi-Fi is slow. The free breakfast is poor. Nice comfy rooms and lounge areas, with hot and cold shower, cool aircon, free wifi, tv with streaming services, excellent shuttle service, round-the-clock security, with dine-in facility, and complimentary breakfast. Definitely recommended!
I love how the staff responded to our queries and concerns, they are also so friendly and welcoming. We love how quiet and peaceful the floors and our room even the location is in one of the busiest roads.
