Madaming lamok. Upon entering the room, I spent almost 10 mins sa pagpatay ng lamok. With parking space. No food inside, need to order through foodpanda or go to robinsons malolos which is a 4 mins walk. With complimentary water, 2 toothbrush and soap. Staffs were accommodating. Have TV with limited channel. Okay ang wifi and aircon. Malinis ang CR. Di gumagana ung dim light.

Went to this place (from a wake) at exactly 4:30 AM, this is the nearest to where we came from. We just wanted to rest for 3 hours. At the entrance, there was a big sign of their rates; 3 hours is 400, excess hour would be charged 125. The caretaker masked the room smell with downy mixed with water, it was very strong. I used this inn for a multi-week work trip. Even though I had a long stay they would not refund the extra day that was unused which is unfortunate as this location is close to my office and I regularly do multi-week stays. Old. Dirty. Smelly Thin sheets. Old.pillows. dorty toilet and shower. Broken lights Pros. Location, we had a seminar in malolos and needed a place to sleep. Aircon is cold. Has water heater. Cons... dirty... toilet is staimed and yellow. Shower is crusty. Lights and fixtures old and broken. It served its purposed. Doubt i would come back

Price for 24hrs is php1,150. Has internet but really slow (1 or 2mbps at best) The room is ugly and old. No cable only tvbox No shampoo idk why. But you have 2 toothbrush one tiny toothpaste. Room is too dark. But their service is okay and kind.

Privacy is secured since it's like you're renting a villa (minus kitchen/living room) with ur own garage. We rented the family room with 2 queen size beds and I have 3 kids who can be really loud so I did not need to worry about disturbing somebody's sleep. The room I stayed in had a loud vent in the bathroom when the lights were on, no drain cover and it was crawling with ants for some reason.
