Old, crusty Hotel. Worn and dirty. Go 1 km down the road towards Urdaneta proper to the brand new Levo Hotel. Beautiful new rooms, great free breakfast and restaurant. Levo is the best Hotel in Urdaneta by far.
The room's good. The staffs are amazing. Shoutout to Jerome. 😉They have the best wifi yet. You can watch Youtube and Netflix (which I love😍) on the tv and the blanket. Ughhhh, I love sleeping there. I just hope they can fix the aircon and the comfort room. Breakfast's kinda basic but its good.
Not recommended. So disappointed, we booked 3 rooms via agoda then mgt said its only 2 rooms available and yet we already paid the rooms. Mgt said they are not connected to agoda so we're the one to contact them for the refund. The mgt should do some effort to assist us in finding other room but No, they did not exert any effort to do so. Do not patronize this hotel, they do not have any compassion on their guests.
No windows. Room kinda creepy. No towels or toiletries. Free water at the lobby. Acoustics not good. There's TV but no remote. Has room service tho.
Quite a good place to stay but not managed well, lack of other services just like food and toiletress.
Staff were very accomodating.. affordable rates place is nice and cozy.. very clean..Netflix on board...yeah!
We check in but not manage to stay in the place. Building needs refurbishment. The place is not according to our standards...
No towel, no soap, no slippers. The place is a bit dirty. Wish they fix the place 'cause its very near to TPLEX exit.
